Created in collaboration with Bodements—a slow fashion studio founded by Divya Saini—the story explores the brand’s ethos of innovation through preservation. Featuring garments crafted from preloved Indian textiles and reimagined with local women artisans, Divya highlights a commitment to sustainability, cultural continuity, and zero-waste practices, expressed through contemporary silhouettes that honor memory, craftsmanship, and the intuitive beauty of imperfection.
This capsule brings together fabrics from across India, each garment carrying the essence of a region’s heritage while being reimagined into contemporary forms. Anchoring this collection is a reinterpretation of Bodements’ signature corset—reshaped through archival fabric, it reflects the brand’s evolving design language while staying rooted in craftsmanship.
Together, the pieces embody the many shades of India: its contrasts and continuities, its intricacies and boldness. Each garment tells a distinct regional story, yet collectively they weave a larger narrative—a portrait of India’s textile memory, reshaped through the Bodements lens.
